Terms of Service
Listings
You may only submit products you own or are authorized to represent. Submissions must be accurate, safe for work, and free of misleading claims. We may approve, reject, edit, or remove any listing at our discretion to maintain directory quality.
Fair play
Vote manipulation — including purchased votes, bot accounts, or coordinated fake voting — results in removal of the listing and account. One account per person.
Premium listings
Premium is a one-time payment covering instant review, a dofollow backlink, and 90 days of featured placement. Premium does not exempt a listing from our content standards. If a premium submission violates these terms, we will refund the payment and decline the listing.
Liability
Launchory lists third-party products but does not endorse them. We are not responsible for the products, services, or content of listed startups. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
