Refunds & 60-Day Guarantee

Standard and Premium listings are digital services delivered and published instantly (< 10 minutes). Once a listing is approved and live in the directory with its permanent dofollow backlink, we generally do not offer refunds except in cases of duplicate charges, technical failures preventing delivery, or if your listing is removed by us for reasons within our control.

How to request a refund

Email support@launchory.app from the account email you purchased with, including your startup name, order ID, and the date of purchase. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Payment processing

All payments and checkouts on Launchory are processed securely via Whop. Launchory does not store your credit card or financial credentials. Approved refunds are returned directly to your original payment method via Whop within 3–5 business days.
