Privacy Policy
What we collect
When you create an account we store your email address and optional profile details. When you submit a listing we store the information you provide (product name, description, links, and social profiles), which is displayed publicly once approved. We also record upvotes tied to your account to prevent duplicate voting.
How we use it
Your data is used to operate the directory: displaying listings, counting community upvotes, processing paid directory orders, and sending transactional emails (approval notices, receipts, and order confirmations). We never sell personal data.
Third parties & Payments
We use Supabase for authentication and data storage, Vercel for hosting, Resend for transactional email, and Whop (powered by Stripe) for secure payment processing. Payment card details are entered directly into Whop's PCI-DSS compliant secure checkout and are never stored on or transmitted through Launchory's servers. Each third party processes data solely as needed to deliver their respective service.
Your rights
You can edit or delete your listings anytime from your dashboard. To delete your account and associated data entirely, contact us and we will process the request promptly.
