OnFocus

OnFocus is a browser-based event platform for organizers, attendees, venues and live-stream teams. It brings the agenda, audience interaction, networking, translation, screen output and post-event reporting into one workspace for in-person, hybrid and online events. Guests join from a phone or computer through a QR code, link or short code, so they do not need to install an application. They can follow a multi-track agenda, ask questions, vote in polls, take quizzes, react, use moderated chat, exchange contacts and listen to live interpretation through their own headphones. Organizers can configure event halls and tracks, moderate incoming content, publish materials and galleries, and follow activity during the event. Results can be shown on venue screens or sent to transparent overlays for OBS and vMix, helping the same interaction work for both the room and the broadcast. OnFocus also supports human interpretation and AI speech recognition, translation and voice synthesis, including translated chat, questions and subtitles. Participant and venue-screen interfaces support multiple languages. After an event, teams can export PDF and CSV reports with participation and engagement data instead of assembling results manually from separate tools. The platform is designed for event agencies, corporate communications teams, conference organizers, venues and streaming crews that need one consistent attendee experience across several channels. Events with up to 300 attendees online can start free. AI translation, larger events and managed projects are available separately.
